About The RiverStone Blues Band

What started out as a weekday jams session has transformed into one of Austin's premier blues bands featuring talented musicians with in depth knowledge and respect for the history of blues music. What's so amazing is the short time it took to get this project off the ground and running, it's as if we threw the pieces in a box and they just fell in place naturally.

What We Play
We play a wide verity of blues from Texas to New Orleans styles and everything in between. The bands set list includes original and cover songs from legendary artist such as:

SRV, Muddy Waters, T-Bone Walker, Cuban Heals, Sonny Boy Willaims, Jimmy Thackery and the Drivers, Paul Butterfield, Li'l Charlie and the Night Cats, Palidins, Hendrix and many more...

Little clubs or Big Clubs! Private Parties or Motorcycle Rallies? The RiverStone Blues Band has done it. The Riverstone Blues Band is fully equipped with it's own large-venue-capable sound system and light show. The band has performed at premier venues and fairs including:

The Band
The RiverStone Blues Band is a four piece band featuring electric guitar and blistering harmonica melodies that are known for pleasing an audience. When the rhythm section gets to rockin’ there is no stopping this band, we will jam out on some old school blues that will truly bring back some memories.
